After your referral’s roofing job is completed and Dialed-In Roofing has received full payment, we process your $100 reward.
Right now, any completed, paid roofing job qualifies, whether it is a repair or a full replacement.
We will contact you to confirm your preferred method (for example, check or digital payment) once your referral’s job is paid in full.
No. Self-referrals and referrals from the same household as the customer are not eligible.
Yes. There is no limit. Every qualified, completed job equals another $100.

1. Program Overview
The Dialed-In Roofing Referral Program (the “Program”) allows eligible individuals (“Referrers”) to receive a referral reward when they refer new residential roofing customers to Dialed-In Roofing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and those customers complete and pay for a qualifying roofing job. This program is valid as of 3/1/2026.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Referrer eligibility
- Must be a natural person, 18 years or older, and a legal resident of the United States.
- Employees of the Company may be excluded or subject to separate internal rules.
- Where prohibited by law or by your employer, you are not eligible to participate.
2.2 Professional limitations
If you are a real estate agent/broker, insurance producer/adjuster, or other licensed professional, you are solely responsible for ensuring that participation complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional rules. In some cases, you may be ineligible to receive referral rewards.
3. Eligible Referrals
3.1 An “Eligible Referral” is a person who:
- Is a homeowner within our current service area;
- Is not already a customer, active prospect, or lead in our system at the time of referral;
- Has not been referred previously by you or another person; and
- Is submitted through our official referral form or other approved method with accurate contact information.
3.2 We are not obligated to accept any referred customer and may decline for any reason.
4. Qualifying Job
A “Qualifying Job” means a residential roofing repair or replacement project that:
- Is performed by Dialed-In Roofing under a signed contract with the referred customer;
- Is located within our service area;
- Is completed by our crews; and
- Is paid in full and not subject to chargeback, refund, or dispute.
We may, at our discretion, set or change minimum contract values or job types that qualify.
5. Referral Reward
5.1 Amount. For each Eligible Referral that results in a Qualifying Job, the Referrer will receive one (1) referral reward of $100.
5.2 Timing. Rewards are processed after:
- The Qualifying Job is marked complete; and
- Full payment is received and cleared by the Company.
Please allow up to 30–60 days after full payment for reward processing.
5.3 Form of payment. Rewards may be paid by check, electronic payment, or other method we designate. We may require identity and tax information (such as a completed Form W‑9) before issuing payment.
5.4 Taxes. Referral rewards may be taxable income. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.
6. Limitations & Misuse
You may not:
- Refer yourself or a member of your own household;
- Misrepresent your relationship with the Company or with the referred person;
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information;
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading advertising to generate referrals.
We may withhold or cancel any reward, or remove you from the Program, if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Insurance & Deductible Compliance
- Referral rewards are a separate marketing expense and are not a credit, rebate, discount, or payment toward any insurance deductible or premium.
- We do not pay, waive, rebate, absorb, or offset any insurance deductible, and no portion of any referral reward may be applied as a deductible credit.
- Nothing in this Program is intended to induce or reward insurance fraud or any violation of state or federal law.
Where state or federal law restricts or prohibits referral payments in connection with insurance-funded work or real estate–related transactions, the Program will be interpreted and applied to comply with such laws, and rewards may not be available.
8. Privacy
By submitting a referral, you represent that you have the referred person’s permission to share their information with us. We will use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Program Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned from Qualifying Jobs contracted prior to the effective date of the change, unless required by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability in connection with the Program will not exceed the total referral rewards actually paid to you. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
